Tinted Concrete Coating and Seal

This simple process allows for any level concrete to be repaired, tinted and sealed to create a uniform look that will last for years to come! This option is great for indoor spaces where uniformity and consistency are desired. The clear coat prevents staining and gives the floor a great look. The finish is smooth so consider our anti slip additive as needed.
Process
- Floor Prep – Typically involving diamond grinding and crack treatment
- Tinted base coat – Typically coated two times for a consistent look
- Clear Top Coat – Seals the floor for protection and helps prevent staining

Layered Flake System

This system can take concrete in most conditions and transform it into a great looking floor with subtle orange peal texture and high consistency. - Tinted Base Coat – This coating primes the floor and coats the concrete with a highly adhesive layer that the flakes are broadcast directly into.
- Vinyl Flakes – These color specific flakes are broadcast into a fresh, still curing base coat and provide the floor with its wonderful ascetic look and subtle texture. Wide range of options!
- Clear Top Coat – Seals the floor for protection and helps prevent staining

Layered Quartz System
When traction is key
This system provides a consistent look to the floor and provides high traction. Due to the high tensile strength of silica, this floor is extra durable. Great for outdoor spaces, play areas or commercial applications.
- Floor Prep – Typically involving diamond grinding and crack treatment
- Tinted Base Coat – This coating primes the floor and coats the concrete with a highly adhesive layer that the silica is broadcast into.
- Silica (Cleaned and Dried Sand) – The silica is broadcast into the curing base coat. After the base coat fully cures, the excess silica is removed, an additional coating is laid down and another layer of silica is broadcast. This ensures durability and consistency.
- Clear Top Coat – Seals the floor for protection and full seal.
